Third quarter touchdown puts 49ers up for good

London, ENG, Sunday, Oct. 31, 2010 – San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree caught three passes in today’s 24-16 win over the Denver Broncos from Wembley Stadium in London. One of his three catches was a 28-yard touchdown from quarterback Troy Smith with 7:23 to play in the third quarter. The touchdown gave the 49ers a 17-10 lead, a lead they would not relinquish.

Crabtree has now scored at least one touchdown in three of the last four games, and is averaging 61.5 yards and 5.0 catches per game over that same time frame.
